Opportunities Panel

The Opportunities panel is used to view information about recent service hot leads, upcoming appointments, and sales campaigns, such as the total number of leads and the percentage of leads that resulted in vehicle purchases. The display settings for this panel can be defined on the Opportunities Default window.

The Opportunities panel displays on the Home screen. To access the Home screen, click the (Home) icon.

The following tabs are available in the Opportunities panel.

  • Service Hot Leads tab. The Service Hot Leads tab is used to view the number of service hot leads sent over the last five business days. When viewed using the Detailed view, this tab can be used to view the number of service hot leads that were walk-in customers or service appointments. To access the Service Hot Leads tab, click the (Service Hot leads) icon.

  • Upcoming Appointments tab. The Upcoming Appointments tab is used to view the number of upcoming service appointments associated with XtreamService leads for up to three business days. When viewed using the Detailed view, this tab can be used to review the number of customers who have purchased vehicles from the dealership, have visited the service department, or have neither purchased vehicles nor visited the service department. To access the Upcoming Appointments tab, click the (Upcoming Appointments) icon.

    Note - The number of days that display on the Upcoming Appointments tab is determined by the number of days entered in the Day field in the Schedule Settings panel on the General Settings screen. In addition, if On the Day Of is entered in the Day field, the Upcoming Appointments tab does not display.

  • Sales Campaigns tab. The Sales Campaigns tab is used to view information about recent sales campaigns. When viewed using the Detailed view, this tab can be used to view the number of Email messages sent to incorrect Email addresses, the number of leads sent, and the number of vehicles sold during the campaign. To access the Sales Campaigns tab, click the (Sales Campaigns) icon.
